After getting rained out for the original shoot date, it was dumping huge, we finally had a break in the almost non stop rain Edmonton has had this summer. Early in the day it was looking like we might have been in for some more rain, but the sun found its way out by the late afternoon and it was smooth sailing for the rest of the evening.
I have to hand it to these guys, they were troopers! Not only did we have to rebook but Janna and Martin had to endure waves of mosquitoes during the shoot as well.
I was in love with this doorway, I wish this was the front entrance to my house!
I love this spot, I could have shot here all day long.
I love me some hand holding and these guys know how to get it done right!
I brought a chalkboard along and asked Janna and Martin to each write three things about each other and this is what they had to say. The best part about this is that they really get to show off their personalities here, so saucy and fun!
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding guys, I had so much fun shooting the engagement session I can’t wait for your wedding!

Thanks! I thought the chalkboard would be a fun thing for them to do, and at the same time get to show their personalities!
